To maintain alt/BTC levels, alt insiders not only have to start treasury companies, but they have to somehow convince investors to the tune of some large % of BTC treasury capital allocation AND convince those investors to buy the second place asset that historically has not been favorable to investors seeking a store of value (relative to BTC -- recall the -77% drawdown post merge).
