never wanted to share this story but fuck it, here's the dark side of building no one talks about: in january, my whole team almost walked away because we were broke AS HELL by this time, we'd already tried 5 different products in 4 years and burned through most of our savings i wouldn't have blamed them. our treasury was nearly empty, spirits were broken, we had maybe few months of runway left... i remember thinking "if this next idea doesn't work we're surely cooked, this is truly our last shot" we took the risk and bet everything on building Gacha then got incredible support along the way from talented people like @0x_Beans and @stinkypablo who helped refine our product and gtm abstract gave us the initial push that helped us gain traction quickly today, we're a profitable team with millions in revenue, but most teams never get here and stories like these stay hidden no one tells you how you have to go all in on ideas that may or may not work if this is you and you're building a consumer product, come over to abstract (they have the most supportive team i've ever worked with) if not, i admire your persistence and hope you find your breakthrough eventually we literally kept scratching until we found ours
