EIP-7928 (Block-Level Access Lists) aims to bring parallel transaction processing to Ethereum. This EIP is currently being considered for inclusion in Ethereum's Glamsterdam upgrade (targeting mid-2026) This will enable greater overall efficiency for the Ethereum network.
