@Defiance_ETFs @Todd_Sohn 3X isn't really allowed by the new leveraged ETP rules. Some funds were grandfathered in -- which made this filing for new 3X products pop off the screen to me. But Defiance seems to be simply "targeting" 3X and will use options to get the extra juice above the standard 2x.
