what are the standard rates/terms to pay ugc creators? is it always pay X dollar amount per y- amount of views generated? or do you compensate by likes? I guess it can all be faked but whats the better metric to aim for? from what I gathered from most people, they don't pay a fix fee but only pay for performance?!
