This is 100% my experience. For all the sins of omission I regret, I don't think any of them were one-and-done. Almost all were multiple meetings. Usually if you're stuck, it's because your gut is telling you one thing but it's hard to articulate or sort out.

One of the things Greg said that really stuck with me: if you're doing a third or fourth meeting, just say yes.
It's a an inversion to the common wisdom of "if it's not a hell yes it's a no." Greg's insight here is if you are hemming and hawing, you probably see some greatness.
