We asked @vladtenev about Robinhood’s role in reshaping the investment landscape. “At first it was a challenge to get companies excited about retail… there was skepticism about the value.” But over time, he says, that changed: “Nowadays the majority of companies going public are coming to us and talking to us about retail.” The next step is moving earlier. “Can we go to late-stage privates, early-stage privates, even seed rounds, where Robinhood can offer capital as a service to entrepreneurs?”
