I think small accounts honestly find better opportunities than big ones. Not because they’re smarter, but because they move without noise, pressure, or ego. When nobody is watching you, you can take risks quietly. You can jump into new projects or narratives early, test things, fail, pivot and nobody cares. Bigger accounts don’t have that freedom. Everything they do is over-analyzed. One wrong move and the whole TL drags them. So if you’re still a “small account,” don’t feel disadvantaged. You’re in the part of the journey where you can explore without stress or criticism, and that’s exactly where the real alpha usually gets found.
